When booking an appointment, please be mindful of our studio's policies.

We are excited to serve you!
Please be aware of the new safety and Sanitation measures

NO OUTSIDE GUESTS.

Please do not bring additional people. This includes children. They will be asked to wait outside. 

AVOID TOUCHING AND TALKING

Do your best to avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth during your appointment. Also, talking will have to be at a minimum to limit risk of exposure. 

WASH HANDS 

All clients must wash hands before entering studio. No outside gloves are allowed. 

WEAR A MASK 

Masks must be worn upon arrival and kept on during service. If you do not have a mask, there will be a limited supply of disposable masks for purchase at $2 each. 

TEMPERATURE CHECK

All clients will have their temperature checked before entering the studio. If your temperature is above 100.9, you will return on another day to receive your service. 

WAIT SAFELY IN YOUR CAR 

When you arrive, please text or call to notify us of your arrival. We will tell you when you can come in. 

FEEL SICK? STAY HOME!

Even though we're all anxious to get back to our normalcy, do not risk yourself or others to keep your appointment. If you do not feel well, have been knowingly exposed to COVID-19, have recently traveled or been tested for COVID-19, please reschedule until you receive your test results and/or have quarantined for 14 days.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS

Clients are able to place credit card information on file, use CashApp: $BelWaxStudio, Venmo: BelWaxStudio or PayPal. Cash and direct credit card payments will still be accepted, but avoided if possible. 

CANCELATIONS 

24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. No call, no show and same day cancelation are the same. Both will result in a 50% service charge made payable on the following appointment. Multiple cancelations may affect your ability to make future appointments.
